Sam's eyes flash yellow in Season 2

I just read lilsnbug's post and she's right!

In "All Hell Breaks Loose Part 1", Baby!Sam's eyes flash yellow after Azazel feeds him his blood. I had to slow frame it to catch it because it's fast as fuck, but lo and behold yellow flashy eyes in the baby!

It's awesome, isn't it? The only sad thing is that yellow eyes aren't QUITE as sexy as white/black/red eyes ... my only hope is that Sam (eventually) gets to have the sexy milky-white eyes like the other big whig demons. :D

It's soooooooooooo awesome. Good ol' yellow eyes. White eyes are always awesome, but I'm still trying to figure out how Sam is apparently stronger than Lilith with a lesser demon's blood in him...o.0

MythologyNerd mode activate:

The explanation for Sam > Lilith is as follows

Sam= Azazel (or possibly Azazel+?)
Azazel=Fallen Angel
Lilith=first human female created (wouldn't submit to Adam, kicked out, became mother to demons, etc.)
Thus, Azazel is either = Lilith or Azazel >Lilith

The reason I always thought Azazel > Lilith was because Lilith never dethroned Azazel while he was around.

I also never thought they were necessarily part of the same hierarchy, but possibly of similar level, just different. Not the same species , so to speak.

Personally, I'm a big fan of YES, but Sam with white eyes, or glowy green eyes, or even bright like the sun eyes would make me just as happy. As long as he gets to slam someone into a wall...

Huh. Where the heck was I? I didn't see ANY ripples about baby!Sam's eyes. But then of course that all depends on what my f-list catches too;)

And you're right, Azazel was fallen whereas Lilith was human BUT I ask because Kripke said Lilith was a higher demon than Azazel and the next level above her was Lucifer...
