OMGGG. A WIP No More!
I have been writing "Glass Shards" in the Andromeda fandom for the past SIX YEARS.
And tonight?
I just finished the final chapter.
I don't think it's even sunk in yet that this story is finished and that "Sun Kissed" now remains my ONLY WIP LEFT. OMG YOU GUYSSS.
It's over. I have been out of the Drom fandom for so long, but I kept going and now I never have to think about it again (unless I want to edit some things)
On that note, the next chapter of "Sun Kissed" should be out this month, as well I am working on a new Paint!Winchesters comic dealing with certain events in the last few episodes. And yes, it's full of crack as always.

And you know what? If I just celebrated my 7th LJ birthday, that also means it's been just about 6 years since 'Jedi Octopus' and 'So Special' burst on to the LJ scene! ;alkdjf;alksjdf;lkasjdf SIX YEARS. I will need to do a celebratory reread! :DDDDD

I lost all interest in it after Chapter 6, so literally half the chapter was written on fumes. It also probably didn't help that Andromeda's Season 5 was a steaming pile. Didn't help than Season 3 onwards made no sense after they fired their head writer and didn't replace him with anyone else in favour of stand alone Dylan episodes, fuck the other characters, fuck continuity, fuck story arcs. I HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES WITH THIS FANDOM THE ONLY OTHER FANDOM THAT IS REACHING DROM LEVEL DOUCHEBAGGERY IS TRUE BLOOD >_<
*cries in a corner, consoles self that it's over*

EEEEEEE! Six years since 'Jedi Octopus'! And to think it might never have existed if George didn't tell Hayden to gain multiple pounds of muscle. He was still a whiny douche, but he was a HOT whiny douche, with that SMILE, OMG the opening of RotS made me an A/O shipper for life!
And I will of course never forget the amazingly warm welcome I got from you and Xtine :D :D :D
