I've just read all five chapters in one go. I really, really like how you're building the storyline here, with lots of attention to the characterisation twinkles that the AU settings call for. Your Ani is just fabulous, all raw emotions and so very strong. As for your Obi, I adore how considerate he is, the way you make him sound always polite - so very very IC - and how he's precious with the goodness of his heart.
